Our wellness exercise program is designed to help individuals
that would like to improve their strength, cardiovascular
endurance, balance, or sports performance. Exercise
under our wellness program is provided by physical therapists.
Exercises may be general exercise to promote overall
fitness or may be targeted to a specific problem area,
such as the shoulder, neck or knee. Our wellness exercise
program is a great option for individuals that have
completed physical therapy treatment, chiropractic or
other rehabilitation program. Exercise may range from
two to three sessions to set up or advance an exercise
program to regularly scheduled in office guided exercise
sessions,. Anyone who has never received training in
a balanced exercise program would benefit from this
one on one instruction. Many people do not start an
exercise program because they are intimidated by equipment
at the gym or at home. Many people just don’t
know where to start. Others get started but their program
fizzles out because they don’t know how to advance
their exercise program. We will take the time to discuss
what you want to accomplish and design a program that
meets your needs.
We frequently tell our patients and clients that they
are not out there on their own.
We are here to help.
